It is our pleasure to serve you. Our vehicles are kept in top condition by our staff. It is of utmost importance that all clients act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of the vehicles. The client is responsible, at all times, for his/her guests.

The client assumes full financial responsibility and authorizes credit card charges for any damages to the vehicle and/or property caused by the client and/or his/her guests, whether caused by accident, neglect, or intent. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to cover these costs or any other costs due and not collected at the end of the charter.

The driver may, at his/her discretion, terminate the charter without refund should he/she deem the client or party unruly, and/or violating safe operation of the vehicle.

Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. No alcoholic beverages are permitted if anyone under the age of 21 is being transported. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of the charter without refund. There is a $100.00 "sick fee" per occurrence. There is a $10.00 per glass charge for any broken and/or missing glasses. There is a $100.00 "excessive cleaning" fee.

Urban Express Transportation assumes no responsibility for illegal acts committed by the client and/or by persons in the client's party. Urban Express Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or misplaced items. Urban Express Transportation cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unknown/unseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an "Act of God".

A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold the reservation. Reservation may be held without a deposit with prior approval from Urban Express Transportation management personnel. Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the rental date for a refund (minus a $100.00 processing fee.) The $100.00 processing fee may be applied to a future reservation.
